Job summary

Sia Partners in Frederick, MD seeks an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a manufacturing site with a prioritized portfolio of digital and AI use cases. The role is on-site, full-time, coordinating operations, engineering, quality, and the broader digital team to deliver value while navigating regulatory constraints.

The candidate will manage use cases, deploy platforms like Cognite/HighByte/Seeq, and align maintenance planning with PPQ and FDA activities.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of project management experience in digital, technology or data-enabled initiatives.
• Experience in a GxP/regulatory manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial AI/asset-intelligence platforms and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the site's digital/AI use-case backlog (~40 use cases) and drive prioritization.
• Coordinate deployment of Cognite, HighByte, Seeq across manufacturing and engineering.
• Support maintenance scheduling and predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Organize asset intelligence documentation for technicians and workflows.
• Sequence digital work around active commercial manufacturing and regulatory inspections.
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and report progress to leadership.
• Serve as the site-based digital PM embedded with the digital lean team.
