Job summary

Advanced Window, Inc. is seeking an experienced Storefront / Curtain Wall Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from planning through completion.

You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will conduct regular site visits, manage client communications, and maintain project documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in storefront or curtain wall projects is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; willingness to travel.

Advanced Window, Inc. is seeking an experienced Storefront / Curtain Wall Project Manager to manage commercial projects from planning through completion. This role oversees schedules, budgets, materials, labor, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Perform material takeoffs, order materials, negotiate with vendors, and schedule labor.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and work with the finance team to address cost discrepancies.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and ensure installations meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing progress updates and resolving questions or concerns.
• Identify potential project risks and address issues that could affect schedules, costs, or quality.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure project documentation meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven project management experience with storefront and curtain wall projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with clients, field crews, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required. This position includes regular travel to job sites in a company vehicle.
