Job summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking a Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects in Franklinton, NC. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and proactive risk management in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication, scheduling, and financial acumen, with a proven track record in civil or concrete construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in concrete, precast, civil, or commercial construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Monitor project performance to meet schedule, budget, quality, and profitability goals.
• Coordinate activities between estimating, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Promote safety by ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA regulations.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and communicate status to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project execution.

Position Summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in civil or concrete construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concrete construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is preferred.
