Job summary

Lindsay Precast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from award through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

In this role you’ll coordinate with estimators, field operations, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in concrete or civil construction are preferred, with strong communication and

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of project management experience in concrete, precast, civil, or commercial construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Monitor project performance to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate activities between estimating, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and project closeout.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and communicate project status to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and operational efficiency.

This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
