Uprite Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Plano team. This role will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, with a strong focus on ground up and tilt up construction.
We are specifically looking for someone who has worked directly for a commercial general contractor and has hands on experience managing ground up tilt up projects. Candidates should understand the full project lifecycle and be comfortable owning project financials, subcontractor relationships, schedules, client communication, and overall project execution.
This position requires direct ground up commercial construction experience as well as tilt up experience. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily residential, specialty subcontracting, owner representation, or construction consulting without direct general contractor project management experience may not align with the requirements of this position.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss the specific ground up tilt up projects they have personally managed, including project size, contract value, their role, and the responsibilities they personally owned.
