Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees, plans, and coordinates electrical work, including installation and completion for new construction multifamily projects in the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

General Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize & coordinate multifamily construction projects
• Evaluate and allocate manpower/workforce needs
• Assist & conduct interviews for new field employees
• Resolve manpower conflicts and challenges
• Coordinate with General Superintendent and Project Foreman to:
• Operate, maintain, and meet project guidelines & expectations
• Maintain & meet project schedules & timelines
• Work with field, office, pre-construction teams, and drawing department to maintain/update/correct field drawings
• Ensure all daily inspections meet quality expectations
• Complete all required daily paperwork and processes
• Resolve conflicts related to manpower and general contractors
• Develop and maintain training for field personnel on supervision, DCR reports & TBT, material receiving, RFI & RFQ processes
• Attend weekly project and office meetings
• Develop pre-employment trade-related assessments
• Prepare employees to accomplish job results through training

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Meet company driving standards
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of electrical materials, methods, and tools
• Strong arithmetic, algebra, and geometry skills
• Commitment to ongoing technical education
• Working knowledge of electrical construction processes
