Project Manager Position:

Job Summary:
The Project Manager oversees, plans, and coordinates electrical work, including installation and completion for new construction multifamily projects in the Indianapolis area.
Qualifications
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize & coordinate multifamily construction projects
- Evaluate and allocate manpower/workforce needs
- Assist & conduct interviews for new field employees
- Resolve manpower conflicts and challenges
- Coordinate with General Superintendent and Project Foreman to:
- Operate, maintain, and meet project guidelines & expectations
- Maintain & meet project schedules & timelines
- Work with field, office, pre-construction teams, and drawing department to maintain/update/correct field drawings
- Ensure all daily inspections meet quality expectations
- Complete all required daily paperwork and processes
- Resolve conflicts related to manpower and general contractors
- Develop and maintain training for field personnel on supervision, DCR reports & TBT, material receiving, RFI & RFQ processes
- Attend weekly project and office meetings
- Develop pre-employment trade-related assessments
- Prepare employees to accomplish job results through training

Education, Certification, License, and Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role
- At least 5 years’ supervisory electrical experience in multifamily or related construction
- Knowledge of job costing, planning, quality management, safety training, and contracts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Meet company driving standards
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical materials, methods, and tools
- Strong arithmetic, algebra, and geometry skills
- Commitment to ongoing technical education
- Working knowledge of electrical construction processes
