Title: Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager, MS Dynamics 365

Location: Remote USA

Position: Part Time Contract (approx. 20 hours/week through mid-November 2025)

TalentFish is casting a line for a Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager for MS Dynamics 365. This is a remote contract position in the USA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Jr/Mid-Level Project Manager with experience in Dynamics 365! This engagement will be focusing on a D365 Release 2 (R2) implementation.

This role exists to support the successful delivery of the MS Dynamics 365 Release 2 phase of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. You will work alongside a Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams. As a Junior Project Manager, you will help coordinate timelines, manage workstreams, and ensure stakeholders are aligned throughout the Release 2 phase.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally in enterprise IT or software implementations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O, or Business Central) or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or SharePoint.
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Support the planning and execution of an R2 (Wave 2) phase of a Microsoft Dynamics rollout.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and key tasks for workstreams such as Finance, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain status reports, RAID logs, and communication plans under the guidance of the senior PM.
• Help manage user acceptance testing (UAT), training logistics, and cutover planning.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
