Job summary

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Project Manager to join our Water Resources department. You will oversee the overall management of municipal water and wastewater projects, including large-diameter pipelines, lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant upgrades.

The role requires at least 5+ years in water/wastewater construction, strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry.
• At least 2 completed projects in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and construction of water resources projects, including Water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations, Water Mains and Pipelines.
• Lead contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage CPM schedules and monthly progress reports.
• Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
