Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction and telecommunications projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid/office-based work and regular jobsite coordination.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, or related projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Experience managing project costs and financial performance.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or office-based role with regular jobsite coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction and telecommunications projects from kickoff through closeout.
  • Review project contracts, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track project costs, labor, materials, equipment, and overall financial performance.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular project status updates, schedule reports, and financial reporting to leadership and clients.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while meeting budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

Project Manager – Construction & Telecommunications
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction and telecommunications projects from initiation through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, client communication, and overall project performance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership, cost control, communication skills, and a disciplined approach to project execution.
