Job summary

CDM is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial drywall and metal framing. The ideal candidate will lead project oversight, budgeting, and coordination with field teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management.
• Experience with Take-off software (BuzzBid preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
• Experience with a specialty contractor preferred; general contractor experience may not be the best fit.
• Experience or knowledge in electrical or mechanical scopes is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial drywall. Experience with a specialty contractor is preferred over general contracting experience.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to driving successful projects while supporting our field teams, clients, and overall project goals.

Project Managers are responsible for:

• Oversight and management of construction projects
• Managing the project budget and financial reporting.
• Coordinating billings, including change orders and related items.
• Setting up jobsite project and accounting files.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinating material purchases and deliveries.
• Leadership and supervision of project team members.

We are looking for an individual with the following:

• 3-5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management.

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $175,000 per year, based on experience
