Job summary

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to driving successful projects while supporting field teams, clients, and overall project goals. You will oversee construction projects, manage budgets and financial reporting, coordinate billings and change orders, and develop strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Take-off software (OST+Quickbid or BuzzBid preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
• Experience or knowledge in electrical or mechanical scopes is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with a specialty contractor preferred; general contractor-only experience may not be the best fit.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial drywall. Experience with a specialty contractor is preferred over general contracting experience. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to driving successful projects while supporting our field teams, clients, and overall project goals.

Project Managers Are Responsible For

• Oversight and management of construction projects
• Managing the project budget and financial reporting
• Coordinating billings, including change orders and related items

• Leadership and supervision of project team members

We Are Looking For An Individual With The Following
