Job summary

Hridayananda Advisory seeks a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead its Land Development / Site Design team. This role focuses on guiding private-sector projects from planning through construction and mentoring junior engineers.

You will coordinate with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies, delivering high-quality designs while ensuring schedules and budgets are met. A PE license and PA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active PE license; PA PE preferred.
• Approximately 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with private subdivision, land development, or site development projects.
• Strong project management, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage private subdivision and land development projects from planning through final design and construction.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead site planning, grading, roadway alignments, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Review engineering plans, calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct zoning, permitting, and municipal approvals coordination.
• Build relationships with developers, attorneys, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.

One of our clients, a multidisciplinary civil engineering consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join its Land Development / Site Design team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional who enjoys leading projects, working directly with private-sector clients, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-quality land development designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage private subdivision and land development projects from planning through final design and construction.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead site planning, grading, roadway alignments, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Review engineering plans, calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct site feasibility reviews and coordinate zoning, permitting, and municipal approvals.
