You will interpret construction documents, coordinate with architects and engineers, manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials, and serve as the client liaison.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Sage Contractor 100 or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize self with construction documents, review subcontract bids, verify for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
• Communicate with architects and civil engineers for clarification and alterations.
• Act as a liaison to the customer throughout the project.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, schedules, and materials.
• Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Daily communication with site superintendents and regional superintendents.
• Coordinate call back and adjustments.
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours with a company understanding of personal schedule and needs.

McCON's Support Center team manages commercial construction projects across the continental US. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team!

Pay Range:

Based on applicable experience, seeking candidates with all levels of experience

Key Responsibilities:
