Job summary

McCON Building Corporation, a Southwest Wisconsin general contractor, seeks a full-time Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across the continental US. You will interpret construction documents, coordinate with architects and engineers, manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials, and serve as the client liaison.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Sage Contractor 100 or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize self with construction documents, review subcontract bids, verify for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
• Communicate with architects and civil engineers for clarification and alterations.
• Act as a liaison to the customer throughout the project.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, schedules, and materials.
• Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Daily communication with site superintendents and regional superintendents.
• Coordinate call back and adjustments.
