Actalent, a leading engineering services firm, seeks a Project Manager in Des Moines, IA to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure successful planning, coordination and execution, with tight control of scope, timelines and budgets, delivering precise outputs to support manufacturing quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing projects in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings.
• 1+ years of experience reading AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MicroStation.

Job Description

Work Environment

This role is based primarily in an office within a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization. Project Managers spend 7580% of their time at a desk collaborating with teams, with regular time on the production floor. Customer interaction occurs onsite, with rare travel limited to specialized installation teams. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, totaling 40-hour work weeks. The team consists of 25 members, reporting to a manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
