Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Denver seeks a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in occupied facilities. You will drive schedule, budget, and team performance across hospitals, imaging centers, and clinics while coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to minimize disruption to patient care.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in healthcare construction, a degree in construction management, and proven ability to manage phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required.
  • Experience managing hospital renovations and expansions in occupied environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship growth.
  • Experience with phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers.
  • Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  • Support of the preconstruction team.
  • Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector.
  • Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM).

Key Responsibilities will Include:

Who are You?

You should possess the following qualifications for this role:

  • Proven experience with:

  • Work in occupied/active healthcare environments

  • Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments

  • Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams

  • Bluebeam experience/capability desired

  • Procore experience/capability desired


Salary Range: $125,000-175,000
