Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional, and global initiatives, drive project calls, assign work, monitor progress against timelines, and ensure outcomes meet quality and business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience with a 4-year degree, Green Belt and PMP certifications, and excels at stakeholder management, process documentation, training colleagues, and solving challenging problems in a hybrid work environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Stakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
• Creation of project related process documents.
• Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees regarding policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines).

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6-years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Green Belt Certified
• PMP Certified
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
• Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
• Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
• Works independently

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$102,900.00 - $159,720.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
