Job summary

Lifetime Home Remodeling is actively seeking an experienced bilingual Project Manager to lead window installation and bath remodel projects across the Denver Metro area. You will oversee planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills and field leadership are essential. The role requires 5+ years in remodeling or PM roles, with preference for window or bathroom project experience, and a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational school a plus.
• 5+ years in large-scale remodeling or project management preferred.
• Window installation or bathroom remodeling background a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; mobile technology familiarity.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
• Driver's license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close window and bath remodel projects, while managing timelines, budgets, and job performance.
• Conduct job site visits for quality control and support install crew as needed.
• Set clear expectations with homeowners, provide timely updates, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Track project tasks, manage field change orders, and maintain updated CRM records.
• Coordinate with installation crews, sales consultants, and schedulers to meet project milestones.
• Participate in weekly production meetings and provide training for new installers when needed.
• Ensure timely collection of final payments and communicate with accounting.

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced and bilingual Project Manager to join our Denver Metro team. This role is essential in overseeing window installation and bath remodel projects—from planning and execution to closeout—while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our window installations feature premium brands like Infinity from Marvin, and our bath remodels are completed with Kohler products. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for homeowners and installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you’re a take-charge individual with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for excellence, we’d love to meet you. Experience with Infinity from Marvin windows and/or Kohler bath products is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements
