Lifetime Home Remodeling in Corona, CA is seeking an experienced bilingual Project Manager to join our Inland Empire team, covering Orange County. This role oversees window installation projects—from planning through closeout—and serves as the main point of contact for homeowners and installation crews.

• 5+ years in large-scale remodeling or project management.

Description

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced and bilingual Project Manager to join our Inland Empire team, which also covers Orange County. Based out of our Corona, CA office, this role is essential in overseeing window installation projects—from planning and execution to closeout—while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for homeowners and installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, while managing timelines, budgets, and job performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct job site visits, ensure installation accuracy, and provide support to the install crew as needed.
• Client Engagement: Set clear expectations with homeowners, provide timely updates, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Documentation: Track project tasks, manage field change orders, and maintain updated CRM records.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with installation crews, sales consultants, and schedulers to meet project milestones.
• Training Support: Participate in weekly production meetings and provide training for new installers when needed.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of final payments and communicate with accounting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational school a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in large-scale remodeling or project management preferred. Window installation or bathroom remodeling background is a bonus.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple job functions.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of PPE procedures and safety protocols.
• Driver’s License: Valid license with clean driving record required, plus willingness to travel throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently and perform job site visits.
• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
• Capable of working in various weather and field conditions.
