Job summary

JK Concepts, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead millwork projects from submittals through installation. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality craftsmanship for commercial markets.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 2–4 years in millwork project management, and strong skills in Excel and Bluebeam. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial architectural millwork or casework project management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of AWI standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, establish schedules, and manage deliverables for submittals, fabrication, and installation.
• Review and ensure quality control of shop drawings prior to client submission.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts, including installation and specialty services such as stonework.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Coordinate field activities and verify site dimensions and conditions.
• Manage delivery schedules to align with project milestones and site readiness.
• Process accurate billing and change authorizations for subcontractors.
• Support additional project-related tasks as required.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing millwork projects from initial submittals through final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
