Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager in Denver for a part-time, contract role. You will support an advertising agency team, guiding campaigns from kickoff to completion and coordinating with account, creative, media, and strategy teams.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, build project plans, and track progress, ensuring on-time delivery while managing scope and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in advertising or marketing environments.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows across account, creative, strategy, media and production teams.
• Solid project planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget-management skills.
• Experience with Monday.com; knowledge of Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or similar PM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, print, media, and other channels.
• Partner with account, creative, media, and strategy teams to keep campaigns and assets moving forward on schedule.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, resource plans, and status updates.
• Lead project kickoffs, internal check-ins, trafficking meetings, and other project-related conversations.
• Track deliverables, approvals, feedback, dependencies, and next steps across multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify potential roadblocks, shifting priorities, and scope changes early and work with the appropriate teams to determine solutions.

Project Manager Opportunity (Denver, Part-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a busy advertising agency team and help keep integrated campaigns and creative deliverables moving from kickoff through completion. This is a part-time opportunity supporting approximately 2–3 client accounts and partnering closely with account, creative, media, and strategy teams.

Type: Contract

Pay Range: $35-38/hr.

Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours/week

Schedule: M-F, Afternoons preferred (12-4pm MT)

Duration: Through EOY

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day workflow for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, video, print, media, and other channels.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing organization, or similar environment.
• Experience managing multi-channel creative or marketing campaigns from brief through final delivery.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and how account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams work together.
• Strong project planning, prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget-management skills.
• Experience with Monday.com is strongly preferred; experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or similar project management platforms is also relevant.
