Qualifications

  • Logistics management including scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments.
  • Experience in construction, electrical, lighting, or controls industries is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and project tracking tools; ERP or order management systems a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Denver, CO. The Project Manager will oversee lighting and controls projects from order entry through delivery and closeout, coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, and customers to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include tracking orders, expediting materials, managing logistics, and resolving issues that could impact project timelines or costs. The role also involves reviewing project documentation, verifying product specifications, supporting inspections, and providing clear, proactive communication to all stakeholders. The Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and uphold The MH Companies’ standards of service, accuracy, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with expediting processes, including work as an Expeditor and knowledge of Expediting best practices.
