PTSOL ® - Progressive Technology Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical advisory and engineering consulting across energy technologies and integrated solutions, including solar PV, BESS, wind, microgrids, and data center energy systems.

The role emphasizes Independent/Owner’s Engineering, engineering reports, and collaboration with clients, developers, and financiers across North America, with US work authorization required. Hybrid work option offered.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to apply knowledge of procedures to make independent decisions and advise senior management.
• Comfortable working with internal staff, clients, and vendors.

• Lead technical due diligence for project financing, including preparation and review of detailed engineering reports.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and financiers to ensure project success from early-stage development through COD.
• Conduct independent engineering assessments and technology reviews for major equipment, including PV modules, inverters, BESS, and microgrid components.
• Provide technical input and direction to internal project teams and external stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate commissioning test procedures and results to ensure compliance and performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and professionalism, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Ensure all project work, including report generation, is completed within budget and aligned with client goals and team objectives.
• Review, evaluate, and provide expert opinions on equipment specifications and system design documentation.
• Analyze and assess project contractual agreements to identify risks and ensure technical alignment.
• Offer strategic insight on emerging technologies and evolving industry standards to support innovation and continuous improvement.

On of our Energy client is hiring a Project Manager to lead technical advisory and engineering consulting across a diverse portfolio of energy technologies and integrated solutions, including utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind, microgrids, and data center energy systems.

This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with deep experience in Independent Engineering, Owner’s Engineering, and Technical Due Diligence. Join a fast-growing team that supports projects across North America and internationally, offering exposure to a wide range of energy markets and technologies. While project work may span global regions, candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
