  • Champion the adoption of AI and intelligent automation tools to enhance project delivery efficiency, reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and continuously improve PMO standards, templates, and tooling; define OKRs and success metrics for the US program portfolio.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive project and program management experience, with at least 3 years in financial services (broker-dealer, RIA, fintech, or crypto/digital assets preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional stakeholders and significant organizational impact.
  • Decent amount of familiarity with the financial services regulatory landscape in the US (FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, CFTC, state regulators).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under pressure.

  • Strong command of project management methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Lark).
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
