Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives end-to-end, coordinating teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary liaison between business units, customers, and suppliers, and shape how new projects and systems are brought to market.

You will oversee scope, budgets, risk and compliance, while driving effective communication and ensuring delivery milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Degree in CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll organise, plan and manage complex projects from start to finish, making sure goals are met on time, on budget and to specification. You’ll lead a team, act as the key link between the business, customers and vendors, and play an important part in shaping how new projects and systems are brought to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and overseeing a project team, delegating tasks based on expertise and time constraints
• Breaking projects down into clear tasks and keeping delivery accurate and efficient
• Carrying out cost analysis and building and managing project budgets
• Running risk assessments and recommending ways to reduce risk
• Handling questions, concerns and issues as they come up throughout the project
• Working closely with sales and marketing teams to support the launch of new projects, programmes and systems
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practice

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• A two-year business or technical qualification as a minimum, with a degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field preferred
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or a comparable project management certification
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability
• Confidence managing changes in scope and budget
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Good to Know

This is a fast-paced role with tight deadlines, and some evening or weekend work may be needed when projects demand it. The role is mainly desk-based, and there is a fitness and strength test as part of the requirements.
