Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Overland Park, KS. The Project Manager will lead, plan, and oversee construction-related projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing logistics, expediting project schedules, overseeing inspections, and resolving any challenges that arise. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders and managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management, including the ability to plan, organize, and oversee various aspects of construction projects effectively.
• Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure projects stay on schedule and are delivered within deadlines.
• Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members in an on‑site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools and systems commonly used in construction and project management is a plus.
