Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dallas to lead concrete construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with field teams, clients, and leadership.

You will plan, budget, and execute with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while traveling to jobsites as needed and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction.
  • Degree in engineering or construction management required.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete practices and formwork systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans.
  • Review project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintained.
  • Oversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety per company policies.
  • Coordinate with operations on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to align plans, schedules, and expectations.
  • Manage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to jobsites.
  • Prepare and issue change orders, proposals, budgets, and preliminary schedules.
  • Track project progress, quality of work, and overall performance.
  • Attend client and internal meetings and assist with requirements planning.
  • Maintain contract execution logs and manage change notices/documentation.
  • Ensure all required project closeout documents are completed.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Keep executive management informed of project status and issues.

Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading complex concrete projects, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.


As a Project Manager, you will oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership. You will play a key role in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Share lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve company processes

  • Keep executive management informed of project status and potential issues


Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction, tilt up wall highly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex construction challenges

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

  • Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed


Preferred Experience


  • OSHA Certification

  • Bilingual English Spanish

  • Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla
