Job summary

A leading consulting firm in the Dallas area is looking for a Project Manager to oversee large-scale systems implementation projects. This role involves leading planning, execution, and delivery efforts, while ensuring all project objectives are met through effective collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will possess 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably with systems implementation background. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering competitive compensation with a bonus structure.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Location: Chicago, IL (also open to Boston or Dallas)

Schedule: Hybrid, typically 1–3 days in office per week

Compensation: $130- $140/year + bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

This newly created role is critical for supporting large-scale projects in 2026 and beyond. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the system conversion, collaborating across departments and ensuring the project meets deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
