Job summary

WorkGenius Group in Culver City, CA is seeking a Project Manager to own complex marketing initiatives from initiation to close-out, coordinating across marketing, product, engineering, and creative teams. This 12-month contract role requires strong planning, risk management, and executive communication skills.

You will lead planning sessions, build roadmaps and trackers, and drive alignment through status updates and forecasting while managing dependencies and blockers to keep momentum on course.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong planning, organization, task management, prioritization, and decision-making in ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with Airtable, Workfront, Wrike, Quip, OmniPlan or similar; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
