Job summary

Mohegan Sun, in Connecticut, seeks a Project Manager to lead the Digital Gaming division's project management function and governance. You will mentor the PMO team, refine frameworks, and align initiatives with strategic priorities across multiple departments.

You will own intake, roadmap planning, risk management, and executive reporting, driving accountability and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end project management function for the Digital Gaming division, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Directly manage and mentor the Digital Gaming Project Management team, providing guidance on execution, reporting, and process improvement.
• Define, implement, and refine project management frameworks, standards, and governance across the organization.
• Own and manage the project intake and prioritization process, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource capacity.
• Oversee all active projects across Product, Compliance, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and all other Digital Gaming initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable project roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Ensure project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring commitments are met and risks are proactively addressed.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to project delivery (on-time completion, throughput, resource utilization, SLA adherence).
• Provide executive-level reporting and updates on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; implement corrective actions and escalation pathways as needed.
• Oversee Asana platform strategy and governance, including portfolio structure, workflows, automation, and reporting standards.
• Ensure consistency in project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and SOPs.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, steering committees, and project reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and predictability of project delivery.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of system and product initiatives.
• Support vendor coordination and external partner project execution where applicable.
• Promote adoption of standardized tools, templates, and best practices across all teams.
• Foster a high-performance environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead all project management efforts across the Digital Gaming division, ensuring structured execution, clear prioritization, and consistent delivery of strategic initiatives. Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Advanced experience with project management tools such as Asana (preferred), Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience in building and managing project portfolios, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting using dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience in process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of iGaming, digital products, or regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strong leadership capability.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and applications.
