Qualifications

Sullivan Bruck Architects is a small firm that has been successfully contributing to the built environment of Central Ohio and beyond for over 40 years. Our project type specialties include multi-family and mixed-use projects, custom luxury single-family design, and light commercial work. Our passion for design-driven client service is evident in successful projects in both urban and suburban contexts.

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for Project Manager with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Must be a Registered Architect or be on track to complete registration
• Revit, Photoshop and 3D rendering proficiency
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience and interest in all phases of the architectural design and construction administration process a plus
• Ability to generate creative solutions that balance clients’ wishes with real-world constraints
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Requires lateral thinking and prioritization skills, the ability to “switch gears.”
• Good working knowledge of wood frame construction

As a small firm SBA requires its Project Managers to wear many hats. They participate in all phases of the process, from conceptual design through construction administration, as well as production of construction documents and consultant coordination, to exceed client expectations within the constraints of budget and schedule. The Project Manager is the lead point of contact for clients and consultants and is a mentor for support staff. For successful project managers, career advancement potential is unbounded.
