Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA and Operations.

You will operate with independence and bring structure to ambiguity while maintaining accountability and ownership of delivery. You should have 3–7 years of PM/Program Management experience, with delivery across Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional environments, and proven success leading complex, SaaS-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is a nice to have.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
