Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Columbus, OH. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing logistics for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management and organizing multiple construction projects effectively
• Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Strong skills in coordinating fieldwork, Inspection processes, and compliance with standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and scheduling
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Columbus regional building codes and construction industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering preferred, or a experience in construction management.
• Experience in using project management and scheduling software is an advantage
