The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead installation crews, coordinate permits, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in exterior remodeling (siding/windows/roofing).
• Hands-on installation experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of New Jersey permitting and building codes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential exterior projects from contract handoff through final walkthrough.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, providing clear communication and timely resolution of concerns.
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure work meets standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Schedule and coordinate installation crews, materials, and deliveries to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Review measurements, orders, and job documentation for accuracy prior to installation.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and HOA requirements as needed.
• Address field issues and service calls promptly and professionally.

Project Manager

WPP Exterior Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential siding, window, door, and roofing installations. This is a key leadership position for a seasoned industry professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead installation crews with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential exterior projects from contract handoff through final walkthrough
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear communication and timely resolution of concerns
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Schedule and coordinate installation crews, materials, and deliveries to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
