Kelly Engineering in College Station, TX is seeking 2 Project Managers for direct-hire opportunities to lead modular cleanroom projects from planning through shipment and installation. Onsite role with strong emphasis on schedule control, RFIs, submittals, and change management.

Kelly Engineering is hiring 2 Project Managers for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients in College Station, Texas.

College Station, TX | 100% Onsite | Direct Hire

$105,000–$135,000 base salary + 10% bonus potential

These are not IT, software, or general residential construction Project Manager roles.

We are looking for Project Managers with direct experience managing the delivery of physical projects in cleanroom, pharmaceutical/biopharma, modular construction, manufacturing, or semiconductor-fab environments.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of modular cleanroom/POD projects from planning through shipment and installation. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and customers while managing schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, estimates, and project changes.

You will also be expected to walk the manufacturing floor, review work in progress, identify issues, and help ensure projects are built correctly and ready to ship.

What we are looking for:

• Direct experience managing cleanroom, modular construction, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or semiconductor projects
• Strong experience with project scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, estimating, and change management
• Experience coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, vendors, and customers
• Familiarity with modular construction, constructability, and building-code considerations
• Cleanroom or pharmaceutical/biopharma experience is highly preferred
• Semiconductor fab or modular semiconductor construction experience is a strong alternative

PMP certification is a plus, but hands-on experience delivering complex physical projects is much more important.
