Role Overview

This is a part-time Project Manager role based in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility for remote work as needed. In this role, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to drive project execution, maintain alignment with strategic priorities, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and maintain project timelines, including key cross‑functional milestones
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays
• Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to track progress, address risks, and support timely decision‑making
• Partner with internal teams to ensure project milestones and organizational priorities are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or related certification
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably within the CPG, food, or consumer products industry
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects or product launch initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting new product development or commercialization projects in a CPG or food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with product development, regulatory, and food safety processes
