You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with safety and quality standards, and you will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to drive project success.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep construction knowledge, with oversight of schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project manager experience in electrical contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software (Procore, Emque, Riskcast, Toric).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical contracting/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, informing them of project status, risks, and milestones.
• Liaise with field supervision
• Attend and run project meetings
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documents
• Estimating
• Address any project-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that maintain project progress
• Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible
• Procure and coordinate necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project
• Identify areas of process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. Salary Range:

$85k-$115k/year
