TREW LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contractual obligations related to scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands excellent communication, strong leadership, and organizational skills, ensuring project delivery aligns with predefined goals.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto-CAD. The position requires flexibility in traveling for project needs across the country.
The Project Manager’s role is to ensure all contractual obligations and expectations related to scope, schedule, and budget are met and executed per MSA, Proposal, or other customer contract documents. Communicating expectations and status are key to this role. Project Managers must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of urgency. They must also have strong technical and team leadership skills as well as solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills. It is important to have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels of expertise.
Work EnvironmentThis is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility, customer – and construction sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues. Office environment with face-to-face and virtual team interaction
