Windle Design and Construction is looking for a highly capable and organized Project Manager who can step in, take ownership of active projects, and drive execution from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands how to manage moving parts, solve problems proactively, and deliver results on time and within budget.

You will serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. Once a project moves into execution, you own the schedule, communication cadence, and overall oversight to ensure successful completion.

• Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience
