Working alongside the owner, you will be responsible for translating vision into execution by leading the business through its people, systems, culture, and operational excellence. Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
• On Target Earnings: $200,000
• Paid Time Off
• 401(k) with up to 3% company match
