Windle Design & Construction is looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager who can step in, take ownership, and lead active residential projects with confidence from day one.

This is a high-level, hands‑on Construction Project Manager role focused exclusively on residential construction. We are seeking an experienced professional whose background is firmly rooted in residential builds and who has successfully led projects of similar scope and complexity. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the residential construction process and understands the rhythm of custom builds and remodels.

You will serve as the central point of coordination between our internal team, trade partners, and homeowners. Once a project moves into production, you own the schedule, communication cadence, and execution oversight. This role requires someone who is experienced, decisive, organized, and capable of managing active projects without needing to be trained for the position.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000, dependent on experience.
