Job summary

Enbloc Construction is seeking a Project Manager with healthcare project experience to lead complex builds from planning through closeout. You will coordinate Preconstruction, field teams, and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality workmanship.

We value proactive leadership, clear communication, and a data-driven approach to problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Procore experience is preferred, and 3–7+ years in commercial construction is ideal.

What You’ll Do

You will:

• Manage the multiple projects to ensure we can build it right the first time, as planned.
• Manage within the team to ensure partners are on board & aligned, materials are procured, and stakeholders are working together.

Without you, tasks feel daunting and uncoordinated. The team is reactive. Projects become chaotic.

You’ll work side by side with Preconstruction, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Superintendents, Trade Partners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Owners, Inspectors, etc.
