Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise technology initiative focused on job monitoring, observability, and regulatory compliance.

This role will lead the implementation and expansion of a standardized job-monitoring capability across critical business applications and technology platforms. The initial implementation will focus on approximately 40 critical applications, with the potential to scale across a much larger enterprise application environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise technology implementation experience, excellent executive presence, and the ability to coordinate technical, business, compliance, and risk stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability/monitoring platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the enterprise Job Monitoring Program from pilot through production rollout.
  • Drive implementation across an initial portfolio of approximately 40 critical applications.
  • Coordinate application, infrastructure, engineering, operations, compliance, risk, audit, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Partner with technical teams to define monitoring requirements, alerting, operational processes, and application onboarding plans.
  • Support the transition of successful proof-of-concept capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, implementation planning, status meetings, and governance forums.
  • Track dependencies, remove blockers, identify risks, and proactively drive issues toward resolution.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk, Security, and Technology teams to support regulatory and audit-readiness objectives.
  • Help establish consistent monitoring, documentation, evidence, reporting, and remediation processes.
  • Coordinate external consultants and technology partners as needed.
  • Adapt implementation plans and priorities as program requirements evolve.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex technology implementations or enterprise rollouts.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with senior executives and presenting complex technical initiatives clearly to leadership.
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, identify resources, remove blockers, and drive projects forward with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability/monitoring platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise application monitoring, job scheduling, batch processing, alerting, or operational monitoring.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, audit, risk, security, PCI, SOX, financial controls, or healthcare initiatives.
  • Experience taking a technology proof of concept through enterprise implementation and rollout.
  • Experience working across application, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and operations teams.
  • Experience with enterprise technology environments, financial systems, ERP platforms, or large application portfolios.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, ITIL, or similar certification.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, implementation-focused Senior Project Manager who can bridge technical teams, compliance stakeholders, and executive leadership.

You should be comfortable working in an environment where requirements may evolve, priorities can shift, and success depends on proactively identifying what is needed and driving the work forward. Strong Dynatrace/observability experience combined with regulatory or compliance exposure is a must.
