gpac partners with a reputable, multi-discipline Civil Engineering Firm in North Carolina seeking a Civil Engineer to join their management team and deliver excellence on diverse projects from planning through construction.

The firm rewards leadership, offers a partnership track, flexible schedules, and quarterly reviews; the candidate will mentor others, oversee design, grading, and stormwater tasks, and help drive project success across a range of award-winning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• PE license required

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and oversee operations - Leading multiple employees
• Experience in: Erosion/sediment control, grading, stormwater managment
• Civil Design experience is required
• Ability to analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
• Ensure project feasibility and practicality
• Create designs and construction deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Inspect project sites and deliver results
