Job summary

gpac partners with a Raleigh-area Civil Engineering Firm to seek a Civil Engineer with leadership capabilities. This role emphasizes delivering projects from planning through construction, mentoring staff, and expanding the team. Requirements include a PE license, a civil engineering degree, and 5+ years of experience.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate design efforts, and ensure feasibility within budgets while maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• Experience leading multiple employees on civil projects.
• Experience in erosion/sediment control, grading, stormwater management.
• Strong design and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, mentor and run projects from start to finish.
• Oversee operations and coordinate multiple employees.
