TYG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil land development projects in the Raleigh/Cary area. The role focuses on guiding Site/Civil engineering initiatives, coordinating with clients and design teams to deliver impactful projects shaping growing communities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years local experience and a PE license, with a proven track record in leading large-scale civil development efforts and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil/site development projects.
• PE license (Professional Engineer) required or in possession.
• Experience leading civil land development projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil land development projects for the Raleigh/Cary market.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
