Job summary

abra professional services is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end system implementations in the Insurance and Financial domains. You will lead complex initiatives from concept to rollout, coordinating with business stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in insured/financial project delivery, strong process knowledge, and a proven ability to drive UAT, budgets, and timelines while guiding matrix teams and ensuring quality across all phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in Insurance or Financial sectors.
• Deep understanding of business processes in financial/insurance industry.
• Proven track record leading strategic cross-company projects (Advantage).
• Experience managing software vendors and external service providers.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence matrix teams and cross-functional interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Advantage).
