Comfort Systems USA Shoffner, located in Blountville, TN, is looking for a qualified Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects focusing on Mechanical and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of commercial construction experience and preferred project management experience.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage all project phases while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Benefits include medical plans, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

• Preferred: 2+ years of project management experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from cradle to grave.
• Obtain all necessary regulations and permits.
• Order materials, coordinate equipment, and manage change orders.
• Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans and schedules.
• Be flexible about site changes as required.
• Manage foreman and/or superintendent.

Job Summary
