The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of commercial construction experience and preferred project management experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of project management experience.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from cradle to grave.
• Obtain all necessary regulations and permits.
• Order materials, coordinate equipment, and manage change orders.
• Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans and schedules.
• Be flexible about site changes as required.
• Manage foreman and/or superintendent.
• Communicate with clients and deliver progress reports.
• Adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Work with the Safety Department to uphold high safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
