Job summary

Culton Companies, based in Alabama, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Method-1 team from design hand-off through installation. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, driving projects to successful completion.

You’ll coordinate between Sales, Design, and Production, lead meetings, and ensure quality and timely delivery across all project phases. A client-focused, detail-driven PM will thrive here.

We're looking for a Project Manager to join the Method-1 team. You'll be assigned projects after the design and sales process and take ownership of delivering them — on time, on budget, and with clients who can't wait to work with us again. Repeat business is our number one goal, and our PMs are the reason it happens.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own projects from hand-off through final installation — scheduling, coordinating, and driving every phase to completion
• Lead production meetings and establish all timelines, milestones, and action items across Sales, Design, and Production
• Serve as the primary communication link between clients, account reps, and our internal production teams
• Review approval plans, construction documents, graphic proofs, and material take-offs for accuracy
• Verify that all materials are correctly sourced, ordered, and tracked through production
• Create and maintain Action Lists, Work Orders, and Punch Lists that keep the shop moving and on schedule
• Conduct quality control checks on all project components and coordinate client and internal inspections
• Oversee packing, shipping, and installation logistics for every project you manage
• Travel to project sites as needed to verify conditions and coordinate with clients or general contractors
• Keep all project data, tasks, and key dates current in our project management software

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills — you can hold your own with clients, vendors, and internal teams alike
• Sharp attention to detail and a natural instinct for finding and solving problems before they become issues
• Comfortable working independently within structured systems while defining your own path to get things done
• Proficiency with standard office and project management software

• Background in construction, fabrication, interior design, or branded environments
• Experience with project management platforms and scheduling tools
• A client-service mindset — you genuinely care about delivering a great experience, not just a finished product

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Full-time, salaried position — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or thereabouts — we're results-driven)
• Competitive salary based on experience and potential
• Based at our Trussville, Alabama headquarters facility
• Travel to project sites as required
