Project Manager

If you love managing construction projects, mentoring others, and are passionate about safety, Southland has an opportunity for you as a Project Manager! In this role, you will work on exciting, commercial MEP projects while developing future project managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relations by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for the project.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of the project is on schedule.
• Develop budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessary.
• Delegate work and serve as mentor to Project Engineers. Provide coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
